# About Adral

Most AI hands you a conversation and leaves the assembly to you. Adral is built the other way round: you describe an outcome, and what comes back is a finished file you can open, edit and send. Two models sit behind it — one general, one for security — reachable on the web, on your desktop, and on your phone.

## What we are building for

**Finished work.** A transcript is not a deliverable. Every change waits for your approval, and everything Adral produces stays editable by hand afterwards. The output belongs to you, not to a chat window.

**Every surface.** Intelligence is only useful where the work is. Adral runs on the web, on Mac and Windows, and on iPhone and Android, and reaches the tools already in use through connectors and any MCP server.

**Security in the open.** Security practitioners are badly served by models that decline the work. Adral Aran engages with offensive and defensive security rather than refusing it.

## The name

Adral is ஆற்றல் (āṟṟal) — Tamil for capability, for the energy to do a thing. The wordmark carries three scripts and cycles between them: the Latin name, its phonetic form in Tamil-Brahmi, and the modern Tamil spelling. It is the same word each time. We chose it because capability is the whole claim. Not a conversation about the work — the work.
