Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026 · App: Adral · Site: https://adral.ai

This Privacy Policy explains how Adral (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Adral at adral.ai, related sites such as published apps on adral.fun, our desktop, mobile and browser-extension clients, and our APIs (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. AI processing

When you use hosted AI features, prompts and related context may be sent to model providers we configure, directly or through gateways, to generate responses. Do not submit secrets, regulated personal data, or content you are not allowed to process unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

4. Connectors and third parties

If you connect external services (Google, GitHub, Slack, and others), those providers process data under their own policies. We use Razorpay for payments. Email delivery may use our mail provider. We share information with processors only as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.

5. Google user data

If you use Google sign-in or Google Connectors, Adral accesses Google user data only to provide the features you request (for example account authentication, or reading and writing data in Google services you explicitly connect). We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. The Adral browser extension

The Adral extension for Chrome works only in the tabs it opens or is given, which it keeps in its own labelled tab group. It does not read or act in your other tabs.

We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than running the task you asked for and improving the reliability of the Service. Our use of information received from the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage (and similar mechanisms) for session tokens and UI preferences. We do not rely on third-party advertising cookies for the core product.

8. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may delete workspaces and connected accounts from the product; contact us to request account deletion.

9. Your choices

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a hosted application (TLS in transit, access controls, sandboxed agent execution). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Do not create an account if you are under that age.

12. International users

The Service may be hosted and processed in locations where we or our providers operate. By using Adral, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
