This Privacy Policy explains how Adral (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Adral at adral.ai, related sites such as published apps on adral.fun, and our APIs (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account data. Username, display name, email, password hash (password sign-in), and profile details you set.
Google and other sign-in / Connectors. When you sign in with Google or connect Google (or other providers), we receive a verified email and identity needed to open your account, plus OAuth tokens required to call those APIs on your behalf when you connect them.
Content you create. Chats, prompts, agent outputs, workspaces, templates, uploads, and similar materials.
Usage and billing. Plan tier, AI allowance usage, organization membership, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card numbers are handled by Stripe.
Technical data. Session tokens in browser storage, approximate device/browser information, IP addresses in logs, and diagnostic error reports when enabled.

2. How we use information

Provide, secure, and improve Adral (including AI features and Connectors).
Authenticate you, verify email, reset passwords, and send transactional email.
Enforce usage limits, process subscriptions, and prevent abuse.
Operate organizations, invites, and shared Team AI allowances.
Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

3. Google user data

If you use Google sign-in or Google Connectors, Adral accesses Google user data only to provide the features you request (for example account authentication, or reading/writing data in Google services you explicitly connect). We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. AI processing

When you use hosted AI features, prompts and related context may be sent to model providers we configure (for example via OpenRouter) to generate responses. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to process.

5. Sharing

We share information with processors only as needed to run the Service (for example Stripe for payments, email delivery, AI model providers, and OAuth providers you connect), or when required by law.

6. Retention and choices

We keep account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal compliance. You may disconnect Connectors in the app and request access, correction, or deletion by emailing auth@adral.ai.
