These Terms govern your use of Adral at adral.ai and related features (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Adral lets you build and run AI-assisted personal applications, agents, and related workflows, optionally with Connectors to third-party services (including Google) and hosted AI models.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
Do not break the law, attack the Service, abuse limits, or misuse connected APIs.
You are responsible for content and activity under your account.

3. AI outputs

AI features can be inaccurate. Outputs are provided “as is.” Review results before relying on them for important decisions.

4. Billing

Paid plans (including Pro and Team) are billed through Stripe. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADRAL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
